Booking Terms & Conditions – Mercadante Suite
1. General Information
By booking through the official Mercadante Suite website, the guest fully accepts these terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
2. Rate Types & Cancellation Policy
Standard Rate (Code 1)
Service: Room only
Payment: 20% deposit upon booking
Free cancellation: up to 14 days before arrival
Penalty: From the 13th day before arrival or in case of no-show = 100% of total booking
1 Night Rate (Code 3)
Service: Room only
Payment: Variable deposit upon booking
Free cancellation: up to 14 days before arrival
Penalty: From the 13th day before arrival or in case of no-show = 100% of total booking
Non-Refundable Rate (Code 0)
Service: Room only
Payment: 100% deposit upon booking
Policy: No refunds for cancellations, amendments, or no-show
3. General Conditions
Valid personal and payment details are required
If payment fails or is not completed, the booking may be cancelled
Rates in Euro (€), VAT included
City tax excluded, payable on site
Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these terms
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out: on request and subject to availability, extra fee applies
Self check-in:
If unable to use the self check-in service or if online registration and city tax payment are not completed, guests must inform the property of their arrival time no later than 7:00 PM on the arrival day.
5. No-Show & Early Departure
In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
6. Personal Data
Mercadante Suite processes personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) exclusively for booking and stay purposes.
7. Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan (Italy).
